If you find a product for a lower price on another website of authorized dealers, we will refund you the difference between the lower price and Pen Boutique's price. We'll even refund the difference if we lower the price at PenBoutique.com!

Rules:

The item must be in stock in the same style, size and color that was purchased from the PenBoutique.com website.
The website where you find the lower price cannot be an auction site, unauthorized dealers or dealers with who we cannot price match as instructed by the manufacturer.
Limited Editions and exclusive editions cannot be compared. They have different market value at different times.
Shipping charges, promotions, and taxes, if any, will be included when calculating the price difference.
Offer is valid for 10 days after you make your purchase.

To receive your refund:

Complete your purchase.
Send an email to prices@penboutique.com with: (1) your Order Number, (2) the URL/copy of email of the site where you found the item, and (3) instructions how to find the item.
After receiving your email, Pen Boutique will verify the website where you found the lower price, give you the discount, and send you an e-mail with your new total.

Why don't you guys do a 110% or 120% guarantee like other many retailers?

That is because we want to ensure an honest commitment. You find a lower price, we do a match and you are happy and we are happy that we have got the business. Instead of the 110% where you are arguing for the difference and just luring business, we want your business but we want it in a satisfied way. Bascially, for us Price is not the only point, customer satisfaction is more important. Morever, it gives a wrong impression that you are going to get and extra 10% or 20% off, whereas you are only getting 10% or 20% off the different price which may be only a few couple of dollars or worse some cents. WE would like things to be straight forward.
