We ship by Fedex International Priority which should deliver in 3-4 business days. We are also excited to let you know that we have started to ship by USPS(United States Postal Service), EMS service which is the premier service of USPS giving a delivery time of 4-5 business days. EMS of USPS also guarantees the delivery time in many countries like European countries, China, Japan , South Korea and many more.

International Orders may encounter additional brokerage fees, customs fees, duties , local taxesand/or other fees that may apply specific to the countries. Please check with your customs office for more details. Pen Boutique Limited is not responsible for such duties and taxes and additional fees. It is the responsibility of recipient.  When you buy from Pen Boutique you pay only the item charge and the shipping fee.  The rest charges you will get directly from your government agencies. 

International orders can only be shipped to the exact billing address of the card holder, that the credit card company has on file.
