Leena Shrestha had only one concept when we founded our first store in Columbia - "to listen to our customers and fulfill their wish". Even today when we have expanded and have gained a prime spotlight in the world of fine luxury goods, we still follow the same motto. We admit that we are old fashioned, but we also embrace technology to its fullest to give the best customer service. We value customer security and have left no compromise in securing all transactions on our website and on phone. Better technology combined with in-depth product knowledge has given us the extra leverage to serve customers with utmost efficiency in the world of fine writing instruments and executive gifts.

Our Boutique is managed by experienced professionals who have been in fine writing instruments and executive gift business for more than a decade. We assure you that you will get experienced care from us. Focusing our attention on our customers, we believe in quality service with honesty. Pen Boutique has been chosen by Montblanc for its Shop-in-Shop experience at its Montgomery Boutique location. Also, Pen Boutique at Montgomery, Bethesda,Maryland features Cross Shop-in-Shop and also Graf Von Faber-Castell Shop-in-Shop. Pen Boutique is the only store in USA to be given all three in one location.

We are authorized dealers for all the pens, writing accessories and leather executive gifts we carry. All our products are genuine and all of them are the newest stock fresh from the companies.

Howard County Chamber of Commerce awarded Pen Boutique as the "Emerging Success Award" for the year 2008. Also, Pen Boutique's customer service has got it awarded Best of the Columbia by US Retailers Association for the Year 2007 and Year 2008 consecutively.
