We're looking for a full-time Retail Sales Associate who enjoys building relationships with customers, learning about premium products, and creating memorable shopping experiences.
This is much more than a typical retail position. Every day you'll help customers choose graduation gifts, celebrate milestones, find their first fountain pen, or add to a cherished collection.
Welcome every customer with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
Build relationships by understanding each customer's needs and recommending the right products.
Learn about fountain pens, inks, notebooks, stationery, and luxury gifts from leading brands.
Demonstrate products and explain features, filling systems, nib options, papers, and accessories.
Process sales accurately using our point-of-sale system.
Assist customers in-store, over the phone, and occasionally through email.
Maintain attractive merchandise displays and keep the showroom clean, organized, and inviting.
Restock merchandise and help maintain inventory accuracy.
Assist with receiving new products and preparing special customer orders.
Help prepare for store events, product launches, and customer appreciation days.
Work closely with a friendly, supportive team that values excellent customer service.
A friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine desire to help people.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to learn about premium products and explain them confidently.
Comfortable using computers, POS systems, and payment terminals.
Dependable, punctual, and professional.
Ability to work Saturdays as part of the regular schedule.
Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift boxes up to approximately 25 pounds.
Previous retail, customer service, hospitality, or sales experience.
Experience working with luxury, specialty, or collectible products is a plus.
Interest in writing, journaling, calligraphy, stationery, art supplies, or fountain pens is highly desirable—but we're happy to train the right person.
