A celebration of its twentieth anniversary, Monteverde has released a modernized version of their classic Innova design in a chrome trim fountain pen!
In 1999, Monteverde USA was founded in Canoga Park, California with a purpose to create writing instruments that featured unparalleled quality, function, and style at a reasonable price point. The Monteverde Innova is one of the first in a long line of the American brand's writing implements to achieve this end.
In celebration of its 20th anniversary, Monteverde is reintroducing one of their first signature pen collections. Featuring a slick carbon fiber body blended with special acrylic resin and chrome accents, the original Innova broke the mold back in 1999 and established carbon fiber as an essential element of many outstanding Monteverde USA collections. The design of the pen and its beautiful and practical “S” shaped clip resulted in this collection gaining immediate popularity and monumental success. The original Innova came in 3 resins: carbon fiber, green, and burgundy, along with packaging in a complimentary picture frame that was able to display the pen.
Back and more stunning than ever, and the special Limited Edition Innova is crafted from rich black European resin. Brilliant chrome adorns the clip, band, and trim, enhancing the elegance of each pen. Displayed along the top band you’ll find the brand's proprietary mountain logo printed in bright chrome.
A black steel nib is individually hand-fitted to each fountain pen, intricately cut for maximum performance. Stunning and sleek, any Innova is perfectly suited to every formal and casual setting. The commemorative pens are also tastefully engraved with the Innova logo and limited edition number exclusive to each pen along the bottom of the barrel.
Each 20th Anniversary pen is a numbered limited edition of 1999 pieces; in homage to the year Monteverde USA opened their doors, and every Innova is packed in a luxurious one-of-a-kind Monteverde USA® box and sleeve. In addition, the limited edition fountain pen includes a special 30ml ink bottle with a unique Innova anniversary label along the bottle.
The fountain pen fills with Monteverde USA® standard international G3 ink cartridges or piston ink converter (included) and comes fitted with Monteverde®’s black steel nib, available in extra fine, fine, medium, broad, stub and omniflex sizes.
