Sailor 1911 Fountain Pen - King of Pens - Stormy Sea (North American Exclusive)
Stormy Sea has made another venture in the series of King of Pens by Sailor
Combining the writing comfort, nib performance, and excellent craftsmanship of a King of Pen with the vibrant silver metallic blue sheen of the Stormy Sea, this pen will surely turn heads every time it is used. Its impressive ¾” (or 20mm) diameter body and massive nib size (almost double the size of a standard Sailor nib) ranks among the largest in the industry. The KOP Stormy Sea comes with Silver trim and available in Medium and Broad 21K gold nibs with Rhodium plating.
Sailor has made a new design for their nibs. The pens which are produced from January 2022 onwards will have the new-design nib. The difference between the old nib and the new nib:
- New nib does not have '1911' engraved on it
- New design of the anchor
- New design of the "SAILOR" engraving below the anchor
- The 'H' letter (abbreviation of 'Hard') is removed from the nib size indicator on the left side of the new nib
Depending on the availability of our stock, you may receive the old Sailor nib design or the new Sailor nib.
