Politique de retour des stylos plume

Les stylos-plume sont spéciaux et, une fois remplis, il est très difficile de les revendre. Lors de l'achat d'un stylo-plume, il est recommandé de le tester en trempant la plume dans l'encre. Si vous utilisez les cartouches fournies ou si vous le remplissez d'encre, nous devons l'envoyer au centre de réparation du fabricant pour que nous puissions le revendre. Nous tenons à ce que tous nos clients reçoivent un stylo neuf, non utilisé. Par conséquent, nous vous facturerons des frais de restockage de 20 % pour couvrir ces frais de réparation et d'expédition au centre de réparation du fabricant. Nous vendons ensuite ces stylos dans notre magasin d'usine. Veuillez noter que ces frais de restockage s'appliquent uniquement aux stylos-plume remplis d'encre. Autorisation de retour de marchandise (RMA#)

Tous les retours soumis à la politique de retour nécessitent un numéro RMA (autorisation de retour de marchandise). Si un article nous est retourné sans numéro d'autorisation préalable, des frais de restockage directs de 20 % seront appliqués (en fonction de l'état du produit, si le produit est endommagé, il n'y aura pas de remboursement). De plus, l'article doit être reçu dans un délai de 45 jours après réception du produit.

  • Lorsque le produit était neuf et non endommagé et que le dommage a été causé par le client.
  • Nous n'accepterons pas les retours de bouteilles d'encre ouvertes, de cartouches d'encre et de recharges. Veuillez contacter le service client sans ouvrir le colis au cas où vous auriez commandé un mauvais article ou si vous ne vouliez plus l'article que vous avez commandé.

2) Emballez votre retour. Veuillez emballer soigneusement votre retour et l'adresser à l'adresse ci-dessous. Pour des raisons de sécurité, veuillez ne pas inscrire de mentions telles que Montblanc, Visconti ou la description sur le colis.
