Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from Europe or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept PayPal. We do charge immediately after you place the order.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling
All the shipments shall be done via USPS or Federal Express. We do ship internationally but the shipping charges vary. Please add your item to the cart and checkout and it should calculate automatically giving you the options. Please note that the customer is responsible for any Duty or Import taxes that may be charged by the receiving country. Shipping charges may vary for certain heavier items. You will be notified of any increased charge. We do not charge any handling fee. Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 3 business days . However, in some circumstances, we may have to delay your order. Rest assured we will inform you immediately on this. International orders are given additional scrutiny of authenticity.
Shipment made by USPS International First Class is not guaranteed and cannot be tracked after the shipment leaves USA. We are not responsible for the delay or non delivery. If you want guaranteed delivery please use USPS priority mail or FedEx. It is a cost effective way of shipping to many countries, so please use it at your own discretion.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from within the United States sales tax will be applied to all in-state orders. Our business is operated from the state of Maryland All other orders are tax-free, please make sure to click the exempt box to reduce the tax to zero.
