Pelikan Souveran Ballpoint Pen - K605 Stresemann
A fresh addition to the Pelikan Souveran line, the K605 Stresemann is dedicated to the clothing style of Gustav Stresemann, foreign minister of the Weimar Republic.
Gustav Stresemann (1879- 1929), who was honored together with his French colleague Aristide Briand with the Nobel Prize for Peace in 1926, gained notoriety for his style of clothing. The classic Stresemann suit consists of a black/grey striped trousers and a single row jacket in black or anthracite. The Souverän of Pelikan is popularly known as "Stresemann“, prompting Pelikan to name the black-anthracite Souverän after Gustav Stresemann himself. Now Pelikan offers the Souverän in black-anthracite in sizes 800 and 400, in addition to popular size 600. The barrel, comprised of simple anthracite stripes is made of cellulose acetate. High-quality resin is used in finally tuned black elements. The clip and the rings are plated with palladium.
