Fountain pens are special, and once filled, they are difficult to resell upon return. When purchasing a fountain pen, it is recommended that you test it by dipping the nib in ink. Therefore, we charge a nominal 20% restocking fee to cover repair and shipping costs to the manufacturer's repair center. These pens are then resold in our outlet store. Please note that the restocking fee applies only to fountain pens that have been filled with ink. If you have any questions, please contact us.
