Giant Sequoia specimens are the most massive trees on Earth. While the present-day distribution of this species is limited to a small area of California, USA; it used to be more spread and covered larger territories. The giant sequoia is listed as an endangered species by the IUCN, with fewer than 80,000 trees remaining.

The Monteverde USA Giant Sequoia is a substantial in size writing instrument that is inspired by the eternal beauty of these magnificent trees. The design combines high-quality resin in green-striped shades with a beautiful solid walnut ring with silver accents that adorns the cap. The Giant Sequoia is available in fountain pen. The fountain pen is equipped with a stainless steel JoWo #6 nib engraved with the Monteverde USA logo and fills via a standard cartridge or converter (included).
